Australian residents living in VIC, NSW, or QLD aged 18 or over that spend $20 or more (excluding cigarettes/tobacco, gift cards, reduced to clear items) at Ritchies Supermarkets or Liquor stores can enter with a smart phone.

You can enter up to twice per day (once per valid transaction) throughout the promotional period.

Yes, prizes will be saved to your prize wallet. Please note prizes must be redeemed prior to the expiry shown on each prize.

Follow the prompts to claim your prize. Note, Ritchies Vouchers are saved to your “wallet” for use on your next transaction. IMPORTANT - you'll note there is a 7 day expiry. The countdown clock will show you how long you have left to redeem your voucher. To redeem Ritchies Vouchers: Visit your local Ritchies Supermarket. When at the cashier, open your Spin to Win wallet by clicking the menu tab in the top corner (three lines). Select Prize Wallet, find the prize you want to redeem and then click redeem once you’re in front of the cashier. A code will appear on your screen for Ritchies Vouchers that will be entered at the registers. Please note you’ll have 5mins to redeem so ensure you’re in front of the cashier. No change is given on vouchers so please ensure you spend the full amount when claiming. You cannot redeem prizes at the self-checkouts. Redeeming/Claiming Gift Cards: Select Prize Wallet, find the prize you want to redeem and then click redeem. Enter the details requested and submit. Your prize will be ordered and ready for collection at the nominated Ritchies Store 7 business days after redeeming. Limit of one voucher per transaction.

Please note if you do not enter your correct mobile number you will not receive the required verification sms to enter the promotion. No, expired prizes are void. Please ensure you redeem your prize claim prior to the expiry date and time shown.

Each time you play our Spin to Win promotion and don't win an instant win you will have the chance to enter our Ritchies Card Member Bonus Draw. To enter the Ritchies Card Member Bonus Draw you’ll need to fill out the entry form and hit submit. Not a Ritchies Card Member?
